J.R. Hildebrand of Sausalito, CA took his first ever Formula One victory on Sunday in the CSRG Charity Challenge Historic Grand Prix race. Starting from the pole by over a second, Hildebrand drove Doug Mockett's 1975 Penske PC-3 Formula One car, originally piloted by John Watson, to the win. He led every lap along the way, and finished well clear of his rivals.
